1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Atlas AI Resume Optimizer SaaS platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
Atlas is a SaaS platform that allows users to upload resume files in PDF format, convert them to images, and analyze them using advanced AI models. Key features include ATS scoring, keyword matching, format scanning, and interactive action verb optimization.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
Atlas leverages Puter.js for decentralized cloud authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4. User Content & Data Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the resumes, files, job descriptions, and other text documents you upload to the Service:
- Your Ownership: We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or job descriptions.
- License to Process: By uploading your resume, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process the document strictly for executing the AI analysis and rendering feedback on your dashboard.
- Data Control: Your files are stored in your secure Sandboxed storage. You can delete your data or wipe all database records using the built-in Wipe App Data dashboard utility at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or trojan horses.
- Disrupt or interfere with the performance of our servers, the Puter.js network, or integrations.
- Attempt to bypass any security restrictions, rate limits, or billing systems.
- Upload documents containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Subscription Fees & Payments
Certain premium features require a paid subscription. Billing, invoices, and payment processing are managed securely via Dodo Payments:
- Fees: All fees are stated in your pricing plan and are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by our subscription terms and processed in accordance with Dodo Payments policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI SUGGESTIONS WILL ASSURE JOB INTERVIEWS, ATS APPROVALS, OR EMPLOYMENT OFFERS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLAS, ITS CREATORS, PARTNERS, OR INTEGRATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the website creator, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
